Fractional dosages were 400 to 800 cGy, total dosages were 1200 to 4000 cGy, the curve of equivalency dosages were 50%-90%. The VRS pain rating scales and palliation criterion were used for pain assessment and palliation criterion. ÿÿResults ÿÿ ÿthere were 20 cases (39.2%) cancer pain cured after treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy system, 27 patients of cancer pain signally relief, virtual rate was 92.1%. ÿÿConclusion ÿÿ the stereotactic body radiotherapy system is a safe and effective method to treat cancer pain.
